Where did the name "Tracon" come from ?

Tracon is an acronym for "Terminal Radar Approach Controller." I used to play an air traffic controller video game called "Tracon," and that's where I got the idea for the name.

For our larger planes we use Futaba R617FS 2.4GHz FASST 7-Channel receivers.

For our smaller planes we use Futaba R6106HF 2.4GHz FASST 6-Channel Park Flyer receivers.

What type of electronic speed controllers does Team Tracon use ?

For Electronic Speed Controllers, we use Castle Creations ESC's in most of our planes.

What type of Brushless Motors does Team Tracon use ?

For brushless motors, we use E-flite brushless motors in most of our planes.
